14-Day Returns (B2C Customers)

In accordance with EU consumer protection law, B2C customers may return unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. Items must be in resalable condition. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

Restocking Fees

A minimum restocking fee of 25% applies to all returned items received within 7 days of the return request. Returns received after 7 days are subject to a minimum restocking fee of 35%. All restocking fees are assessed at our sole discretion based on the condition of the returned goods and applicable circumstances.

B2B Return Policy

All sales to business (B2B) customers are final. Returns from B2B customers are accepted solely at the discretion of Initra Energija d.o.o. and are not guaranteed. If a return is accepted, restocking fees and any associated costs will be determined on a case-by-case basis. By placing an order as a B2B customer, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

Non-EU / Export Orders

Orders shipped outside the European Union are subject to customs duties, import taxes, and other fees imposed by the destination country's customs authority. These charges are NOT included in our prices and are the sole responsibility of the buyer. If delivery fails due to the buyer refusing to pay customs fees and the goods are returned to us, a restocking fee will apply in addition to all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend contacting your local customs authority before ordering to understand applicable fees.

Warranty

Tigo Energy products come with industry-leading manufacturer warranties (up to 25 years for MLPE components). Warranty claims must be made through Initra Energija d.o.o. and are subject to the manufacturer's warranty terms and conditions.
